कोरोना के लक्षणों को ट्रैक करने के लिए सरकार टेलीकॉम कंपनियों के साथ मिलकर लोगों को कॉल करेगी. ये एक तरह का ऑटोमेटेड कॉल होगा

सरकार एयरटेल, वोडाफोन-आईडिया और रिलायंस जियो के साथ मिल कर देश भर में Covid-19 कॉन्टैक्ट ट्रेसिंग करेगी. जल्द ही सरकार की तरफ से आपको कॉल आ सकती है और COVID-19 के लक्षण के बारे में पूछा जा सकता है.
ET की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक सरकार की तरफ से 900 मिलियन लोगों को कॉल करके कोरोना वायरस के लक्षणों के बारे में पूछा जा सकता है. बताया जा रहा है कि जिनके पास आरोग्य सेतू ऐप है या फीचर फोन है उनके पास ये कॉल जा सकती है.
The government will work with Airtel, Vodafone-Idea and Reliance Jio to do Covid-19 contact tracing across the country. Soon you can get a call from the government and you can be asked about the symptoms of COVID-19.
According to an ET report, 900 million people can be called by the government to ask about the symptoms of corona virus. It is being told that those who have the Arogya Setu App or feature phone can go to this call.
रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि सरकार ने इसके लिए वोडाफोन-आइडिया, एयरटेल और रिलायंस जियो के साथ मिल कर काम करेगी. कॉल के जरिए कॉन्टैक्ट ट्रेसिंग के अलावा सरकार आरोग्य सेतु ऐप को 550 मिलियन फीचर फोन में एक्स्पैंड करने की तैयारी में है.
गौरतलब है कि फिलहाल Aarogya Setu ऐप सिर्फ स्मार्टफोन यूजर्स के लिए उपलब्ध है, लेकिन ये पाया गया है कि ज्यादातर लोग अब भी फीचर फोन यूज करते हैं, इसलिए वो ये ऐप नहीं इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं.
The report said that the government will work with Vodafone-Idea, Airtel and Reliance Jio for this. Apart from contact tracing through calls, the government is preparing to expand the Arogya Setu app into 550 million feature phones.
It is worth noting that at present, the Aarogya Setu app is only available for smartphone users, but it has been found that most people still use feature phones, so they cannot use this app.
Talking about contact tracing through voice calls, MyGov CEO Abhishek Singh has told ET that voice calls will be made in Indian languages. For this, there will be IVRS which will interact with the users, it can be like automated calls.
If any users have symptoms of COVID-19, then information will be sent to the local authority. It is also being told that the government is making a plan under which users can give their own health updates through IVRS across the country.
उन्होंने ये भी कहा है कि सभी स्मार्टफोन यूजर्स जिन्होंने ने इस ऐप को अब तक डाउनलोड नहीं किया है उनको इसे डाउनलोड करने के लिए नोटिफिकेशन्स भेजे जा रहे हैं.
He has also said that all the smartphone users who have not downloaded this app yet, are being sent notifications to download it.
